چکیده
Abstract Background Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most prevalent chronic diseases. It shown that moderate to high physical activities can play a crucial role in improving this disease. Aim The purpose study was explore effects high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-intensity continuous (MICT) on levels myonectin serum tissue acid transport protein 4 (FATP4) male rats with NAFLD. Materials methods Thirty-three were randomly divided into five groups: high-fat diet confirm NAFLD induction ( n = 5), normal sedentary 7), HIIT MCIT 7). Induction performed by feeding for 12 weeks containing 60% fat. protocols sessions per week 8 weeks. group has × min running treadmill up 80–95% maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) then recovered at 50–60% VO2max. MICT protocol VO2max 50 min. FATP4 also measured animal Elisa kit (Zellbio, Germany) sensitivity 0.02 ng/L. Insulin resistance evaluated insulin homeostasis assessment index using following formula (HOMA-IR): “fasting glucose (mg/dl) fasting (mg/L) ÷ 405”. One-way ANOVA analysis variance utilized statistical analyses Tukey’s post hoc test significant level p < 0.05. Results 8-week intervention showed both positively influenced 0.05). Moreover, there difference between trained groups Conclusions Altogether, lead valuable adaptations recovery rats.

Introdution: Obesity is a systemic disorder that disruption the regulation of the effective proteins; in fat metabolism (Desnurtin, FNDC5 it leads to resistance to insulin and Diabetes. The aim of this study was comparing the 6 weeks of high-intensity interval and continuous training with standard diet on desnutrin and FNDC5 genes expression in subcutaneous adipose tissue and the quadrice...
متن کاملEffect of 4 Weeks Preconditioning with High Intensity Interval Training and Moderate Intensity Continuous Training on Brain Levels of TNF-Α and TLR4 in Male Wistar Rats
Introduction: Inflammation in the brain is known as neuroinflammation and increases TNF-α (Tumor necrosis factor alpha) secretion and activates the TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) pathway. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 4 weeks preconditioning with high intensity intermittent training (HIIT) and moderate intensity training (MICT) on TNF-α and TLR4 levels in male Wistar rats. M...
متن کاملEffects of Endurance Training and Isocaloric High Intensity Interval Training on Anthropometric Indices and Insulin Resistance in High Fat Diet-Fed Wistar Rats
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives: Obesity is a global health problem that could lead to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. Polygenic obesity is caused by multiple factors, such as lack of exercise and excess food intake. In this study, we evaluated effects of 12 weeks of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and isocratic moderate-intensity training (MIT) on anthropometric indice...

Introduction: Lifestyle modification through dietary interventions and exercise training is the main approach to treating nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD). The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with Portulaca oleracea supplementation on liver X receptor α (LXRα) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) in the liver tissue ...
